Ever noticed how reality TV shows flash the same name and title on the screen, even in the final episode?

It’s not because they think you’re not paying attention...

(It’s because they know you’re not paying attention.)

The same rule applies to your clients.

Even if you’ve explained your process perfectly, they need to be reminded:

🔄 What’s next on the schedule

🔄 What they need to do right now

🔄 Where to go if they have a question

And you need to tell them this over and over and over again:

✅ In your proposal

✅ In your welcome email

✅ After each call

✅ In reminder emails

Consistency isn’t overkill—it’s how you build trust and confidence in your process.
