Get ROI in your business (Return! On! Investment!)
I had a lead reject me recently and TBH it was a little devastating.
I normally don't count my chickens before they hatch (aka, I don't consider someone an official client until the deposit is paid)
But this person was a MUY CALIENTE LEAD 🔥
She said on the sales call she was sold before they even booked the call.
She had social proof from a past client of mine.
She knew, liked, and trusted me.
She said during the call and over email that she was "100% in".
And I was excited to work with her. She is a dream client and this would be a dream project.
But.... no contract was signed. No deposit paid.
por que no?
In between our sales call and her looking at my proposal email, she made a 5 figure purchase for something else for her business.
The purchase was non-refundable. And she instantly realized that it would not bring her the ROI she thought it would.
In addition to the buyer's remorse, she also couldn't bring herself to financially also commit to working with me.
When she told me this - I was sad to lose this project.
But more so I was low-key devasted for her.
Her business needs me.
I know for a fact I could change her life - and instead, she invested her money in something that would barely move the needle for her business.
And since she is choosing to wait to work with me, we probably won't get a chance to work together until 2026 when my prices are much higher.
(PSSSTTT - this is my not-so-sublte way of reminding you that:
I am booked out until the summer
I am only taking on TWO, count 'em, TWO more Offer Optimization clients this year.
I am raising my prices in Q2.
If you want to work with me this year, we need to get on a call now.)
Here's why she's missing out:
👉 she has a LOT of clients. Managing all of them is taking way too much time. She needs proper systems to keep them all in order and automate the bullsh*t so she has more time for deep-focus work.
👉 she's working with some contractors and isn't happy with the result. When you have more than one person involved, you need your process to be clear so everyone can just show up and do their work. So instead of delegating work, she finds herself just redoing work.
👉 Her tech stack is non-existent / not functioning. She does not have the time to keep Googling "best project management tool" in hopes that she finds the perfect one for her. And she definitely doesn't have time to set it up.
Things in her business are slipping through the cracks.
She cannot take on any more clients.
She cannot raise her prices because she can't raise the quality of her services if she is currently drowning.
Working with me alleviates all of this.
So if this post is about you (literally or figuratively), I have 2 more spots this year and they can still be yours.
