Rob Jobs run my business so I can do more client work
I met my husband Rob on a spontaneous blind date 3.25 years ago while visiting some friends in Orlando.
I left town the next morning and a week later he bought a one-way ticket to Portland, OR where my home base is.
He and I have been traveling together almost full-time ever since.
That’s why, a year ago, when his job gave him an ultimatum (keep his job or keep his month-long plans for Mexico City with me and our friends) he said ADIOS! to the job. We are on the go baby! GET WITH THE PROGRAM!
He was already unhappy, and our house was rented out to a traveling nurse until we got back from Mexico - LiTeRaLlY what choice did we have ? NOT go to Mexico City with 6 of our closest friends?
Over the next year, he took on some contract work and did random gigs for friends cuz, y'all - finding remote full-time work, especially in tech, is ROUGH right now.
Cut to Q4 of 2024. Rob was feeling drained by the job search, and my business was ramping the f*ck up in ways I had spent years working towards.
The obvious decision? Hire Rob to work with me.

For example - I keep working on client projects while he schedules all of my marketing content.
