the final verdict: did i reach my goals?
I've had two BIG goals for this year. And today, I get to share the results.

Q: Did I book out my year?
👉 ALMOOOSSSTTTT!!!!!
Y'all - I sure got close (I STILL AM!) I still have one more project that I can start in May.

If it doesn’t book, that’s okay. I’m still plenty busy and plenty proud of myself.
And honestly? I have full confidence that I’ll use that extra time wisely. 😎 Either with fun mini projects that come my way or just enjoying the summer.

Q: Did I hit $100k?
👉 BASICALLY?!!?!???????
Right now, with the projects I have booked, I’m so close. If I count potential deposits I’ll take at the end of the year, I should hit my goal.
But I’ll wait until I officially cross that mark to celebrate - hopefully while I'm ringing in the New Year in Vietnam. 🍣🎊
Q: What else?
While reviewing my goals for Q1, I totally forgot my original financial goal - which I BLEW OUT DA WATER.
Other cool things that happened this quarter that I'm really freaking proud of:
January was my highest revenue month ever.
Only to beat by February. And then beat by March, by a long shot.
Hit some for-real burnout and thought I broke myself. Then pulled myself out of the muck and am reassessing how I need to spend my time in smarter / more intentional ways.
Took some art classes and rediscovered my creative flow.
Still going strong working for the incredible Ariana Tenine. I was able to spend a week with her in January for a client Leadership Retreat, and I get to see her again at the end of this month for a conference!
I've been to 6 cities and two different countries so far this year.
I was the first person to sign up for Janna's CO PROMOTION CLUB and have already landed a really cool project as a result AND made some clutch referral partners.
I met two of my favorite internet friends IN PERSON and lived with them for a few weeks in Mexico City (shout out Lex Roman + Kari Ginsburg)
I FINALLY went to an actual concert with Rob, at Meow Wolf.
OK dear friend, love you mean it.
