The only thing I love more than seeing my client’s delighted face during an offboarding call is seeing their INCREASED delight months later after they’ve been able to use the systems I built a few times over.

I recently had a call with a previous client (we’ll call her Lisa) who had hired me to create a project template in ClickUp for her.
